Pastor Jullian Andrew Leggs, a proud student of Gammon Theological Seminary and a womanist theologian, serves as the National Department Chair for Recruitment and Intake as well as Director of Pastors within the United Progressive Pentecostal Church, where they lead with a commitment to inclusivity, justice, and transformative ministry. As the founding pastor of Vision Nashville, they’ve cultivated an affirming, socially engaged church rooted in progressive theology and liberation ethics. With a background in education and a master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Pastor Leggs blends academic insight with prophetic preaching and strategic leadership. Their public service includes sitting on the Mayor’s “End the Epidemic” Council, where they helped bridge the gap between faith and public health.

Minister Xavier J. Rucker is the Minister of Music at Vision Nashville, known for blending gospel tradition with innovative worship that stirs the soul. A gifted vocalist and founder of Xavier Rucker & OutPour, he crafts music that is powerful, healing, and relevant. Off the stage, Xavier is a respected curly hair specialist with a thriving career in the beauty industry. His creative artistry extends from the salon to the sanctuary, where he mentors others and champions authenticity. Through music and beauty, Xavier creates spaces where people feel seen, celebrated, and spiritually recharged—body, mind, and soul.

Deacon Antwon Martin

Deacon Antwon Martin

Deacon Antwon Martin is the Chief Operating Deacon of Vision Nashville and the first ordained deacon in the church’s history a trailblazer whose leadership is rooted in radical service to Jesus Christ and Black excellence. As founder of The K.O.A.M. Project, Antwon champions purpose-driven manhood, spiritual growth, and community healing. He is a fierce advocate through his work with Street Works, confronting health disparities and stigma head-on. Whether in worship or on the front lines of outreach, Antwon embodies power, discipline, and vision. His life is a living testament to faith in action.
